Distance: 5k (3.1 miles)
Course Description: The course navigates the hill’s forests and bogs and is hindered by a mixture of manmade and natural obstacles. It is a hard earned 5km of running, crawling, paddling and whatever you need to do to survive the attack and get over the finish line. Glack Attack is challenging but not extreme. Whilst significant effort will be required, the obstacles are achievable.
