Distance: 5k (3.1 miles)
Course Description: Heroes will run our 5k obstacle course with 3 Life Flags. They will Dodge, Dip, Dive, Duck & Run from our Villains. The Villains will be stationed throughout our course and their only job is to steal our Heroes’ Life Flags.
Dress up as your favorite Hero, or come as you are. Run the course and save the day by defeating the Villains by conquering the obstacle course with at least one of your life flags remaining.
