This would include running on all terrains, movement through the woods (crouch walking, crawling, prone crawl), water movement, and climbing. This class will last approximately 2 – 3 hours at dusk, at an appropriate intensity. All movements would be focused on specific movement, strength, and endurance necessities. The course is designed to help runners learn how to prepare for survival or extreme races with an emphasis on body awareness and injury prevention.
